Welcome to the CLC and GSC room reservations web site!
From this site, you will be able to book group study rooms in the CLC and request meeting rooms and event spaces in the Gallagher Student Center. Before you proceed, please read the instructions below as they are different depending on the space you need to reserve.
TO RESERVE A SPACE IN THE CLC:
Login under My Account using your MyXU portal username and password.
Instructions for reserving a room are under the Reservations tab and also here: CLC Room Reservation Instructions.
Once you have submitted your reservation, make sure the Status says CONFIRMED. If it says Web Conflict, someone else has already reserved the room for that time and you'll need to choose a different room.

TO RESERVE A SPACE IN THE GSC:
Rules of Use
1. Requests can be made online and will be approved or denied within two business days. Please check back under 'my account' after requesting a space for confirmation.
2. All requests must be made at least two business days in advance of the event.
3. Space set up should be specified when making a reservation request. Once your reservation is confirmed, any changes must be made through Debbie Romanello in the GSC office, 513-745-3205.
4. All cancellations must also be made by calling Debbie Romanello, 513-745-3205.
